About the job
Your Tasks
- Medical overall responsibility for triage, admission, diagnostics and treatment during the night shift
- Clinical-diagnostic assessment, indication setting as well as responsibility for ward allocation, therapy planning, implementation and evaluation
- Ensuring high-quality psychiatric care even in acute and complex situations
- Interprofessional collaboration with nursing staff, psychologists and other therapeutic departments
- Leading and participating in clinical case discussions as well as coordinating relevant treatment processes
- Cooperation with external specialists, referrers and authorities
- Participation in the further development of treatment offerings and clinical procedures
- Support and professional supervision of assistant physicians and night shift staff
Your Profile
- Completed studies in human medicine with MEBEKO recognition
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH or advanced training with corresponding clinical experience
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- High professional competence and confident action in demanding and dynamic situations
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Committed, reflective and responsible personality
- Excellent communication skills as well as empathetic and professional appearance
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
