- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from clarifying requirements to successful completion
- Competent sparring partner for line managers, HR consulting and HR business partners throughout the recruiting process
- Collaboration in the further development of search strategies for active and passive candidates as well as building and maintaining a sustainable talent pool
- Participation in optimising the candidate journey and continuous process improvement
What you bring with you
- Completed higher education, ideally supplemented by HR training (e.g. HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a larger, dynamic environment
- Proactive, engaging personality with strong consulting skills
- Confident German and excellent communication skills
- High IT affinity as well as experience with common tools (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Jira)
