- Acceptance of reservations and sales talks
- Reservation processing (telephone, e-mail, written, on site, correspondence)
- Filing of correspondence
- Maintenance of guest files
- First point of contact for telephone calls and emails with direct processing or forwarding to the appropriate department
Job requirements
You have
- Professional experience in the hotel industry
- preferably experience in the reservation area
- good language skills in spoken and written German, French and English
- good organizational skills, are performance- and willing to learn
- a pronounced quality awareness and a high level of service readiness
- a neat appearance and polished manners
- good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
