• Your area of responsibility lies in rail power systems (rectifiers, medium voltage systems, overhead lines)
• Responsibility for annual and multi-year planning of maintenance and repair measures
• Coordination of monitoring, maintenance, and repair work
• Participation in budget planning for maintenance and repair measures
• Technical and personnel management of the rail power team employees
• Support in deployment and absence planning as well as conducting employee appraisals
• Support in ensuring and further developing occupational safety according to EKAS guidelines
• Planning, execution, and documentation of inspections, functional checks, and control measurements
• Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance measures to ensure trouble-free rail operations
• Organisation and supervision of external service providers and third-party companies
• Ensuring high availability of technical systems and equipment
• Procurement and management of maintenance materials and spare parts
• Participation in renewal and investment projects in the field of electrical infrastructure systems
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of smaller projects
• Taking on on-call duties and assignments outside regular working hours

• Completed vocational training EFZ in electrical engineering, for example as an electrician, automation technician, electrical fitter, electromechanic, or network electrician
• Completed further training as project manager, team leader, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in rectifier systems, medium voltage systems, overhead line construction, and maintenance of rail power systems
• Experience in project management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Further training in occupational safety (SiBe) is an advantage
• Trainer qualification is an advantage
• Driving licence category B/BE,
• Driving licence category C (truck) or willingness to complete the training
• Willingness for continuous professional and operational training
• High commitment, especially outside regular working hours
