🌟 Your tasks

• Responsibility for leading a children's group
• Loving care, promotion, and support of the children in everyday life
• Guidance and support of trainees
• Co-creation of a creative, inspiring, and development-promoting daycare routine

🧡 What you bring with you

• Completed training as FaBe Kind (childcare specialist)
• Enthusiasm and heart for working with toddlers
• Joy in taking responsibility and supporting a team
• Interest in accompanying and promoting trainees
• Initiative and motivation for personal and professional development
• Completed BB course or willingness to attend it
