As a User Experience Researcher at Mobility, you work on the central experience touchpoints of our app, website, B2B platform, customer portal, and services. You support multiple value streams simultaneously and bring user-centered evidence into strategic and operational decisions. The role requires a high degree of flexibility, clear communication, and the ability to prepare complex insights in an understandable way.
Your tasks
- You plan, conduct, and evaluate qualitative research formats such as interviews, field studies, shadowing, diary studies, concept tests, and think-aloud sessions.
- You conduct unmoderated usability and concept tests for the app and website and independently analyze the results.
- You work closely with our market researcher and link qualitative and quantitative insights into holistic findings.
- You create clearly structured research reports with concise syntheses, prioritizations, and concrete recommendations for action.
- You present research evaluations appropriately to product leads, experience designers, stakeholders, and in the value streams.
- You actively support the value streams in finding the most important research topics, as well as implementing usability tests and user interviews.
- You evaluate and specifically integrate AI-supported methods in data processing, clustering, tagging, and synthesis.
- You set up a central knowledge database and continuously develop it further.
- You design presentation and communication formats that convey research insights in an understandable, effective, and decision-relevant manner.
What you bring with you
- You have several years of experience as a UX researcher in agile product organizations and have developed broad and solid know-how in qualitative methods as well as their combination.
- You possess the ability to abstract patterns from complex data and derive structured, action-oriented recommendations. At the same time, you are practiced and confident in presenting results at various decision-making levels.
- You have already gained experience in using AI tools for data processing and synthesis of evaluations and speak fluent German and English. French and Italian skills are an advantage.
- You are willing to regularly work throughout Switzerland for field studies and user contact.
