Your role:

Professional and personnel management of the Business Compliance Advice Liechtenstein team as well as promotion of the professional and personal development of employees
Responsibility for effective and efficient support in demanding and complex customer onboardings
Central contact and information point for due diligence-related questions from client advisors in Liechtenstein and Germany
Ensuring risk-oriented and practical Financial Crimes Compliance support in daily business
Interface function between client front and Group Financial Crimes Compliance to promote efficient cross-departmental collaboration

Your education and experience:

Several years of professional experience in the AML/CFT compliance area of a bank as well as sound knowledge of regulatory requirements
Leadership experience, ideally as a team leader or (deputy) department head
Law or business studies with advanced training in the compliance field

Your working style:

You convince with a structured, independent and proactive working style as well as a strong sense of responsibility
As a communicative personality, you promote cross-departmental collaboration and develop your team through coaching and targeted support
Very good German and English skills
