• Telephone and personal advice to our customers as well as sales of needs-based insurance solutions
• Processing customer enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Preparing quotes and customer correspondence in the private customer business
• Active implementation of sales targets
• Carrying out sales campaigns and representing ÖKK at marketing and event occasions
• Implementing measures for portfolio retention and customer recovery

• Completed training and sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry
• VBV certification or willingness to obtain it during the probation period
• Enjoyment of active sales and strong advisory affinity
• High commitment as well as goal and performance orientation
• Independent, proactive and sales-oriented personality
• Well-groomed appearance and negotiation skills
