Department Manager Boutique Area 100% (M/F/D)

Under the management of the general manager, you contribute to keeping your department in top condition at all times. As a customer-oriented personality, you show initiative and commitment in various areas. Your main tasks include:

• Organisation of the department
• Coordination of various sales promotions and implementation of commercial objectives
• Courteous and competent advice to our customers
• Implementation of the Conforama concept
• Motivation of a team of 4-5 sales assistants

Your profile:

• Sales is your passion / strong leadership skills
• Training as a retail specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ)
• Knowledge in the furniture sector is an advantage
• Very good expertise in merchandising / decoration is an advantage
• Organisational talent, leadership potential and customer-oriented
• Resilient, precise, careful and absolutely reliable
• Outgoing, versatile and flexible
• German as mother tongue, additional languages are an advantage
