About the job
The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise offering people in need of support attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of housing and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, and one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with disabilities.
To complement our team of the residential group Vesta, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated personality as of August 1, 2026 (limited to 12 months)

In the residential area, you support and promote people in need of support in their daily life and leisure activities, e.g., with personal care, household tasks, creative activities, or participation in social life. You base your work on the existing abilities of the people cared for and focus on their preservation and development.
This is what you will achieve with us
- Accompanying six adults with varying support needs, together with a well-coordinated team
- Getting to know educational and nursing activities and methods as well as actively shaping them
- Participating in the daily life of the residential community as well as in the day-structuring activities
- Gaining insight into the administrative tasks and topics of the professional field
- Active support and taking over of household tasks as they arise
- The opportunity to participate in and help organize leisure and holiday offers of the residential community
