Your mission
You ensure that our procurement runs reliably, efficiently and with a keen eye for detail. From clean article data in the ERP system to strong supplier relationships and optimal supply of our studios, you keep everything together.

With structure, negotiation skills and a good sense for processes, you ensure that products, facilities and workflows mesh smoothly – so that our studios can always operate optimally.

What you achieve

• Purchasing & Supplier Management: You manage our suppliers, negotiate prices and conditions, and develop existing as well as new procurement sources.

• Article Management & Master Data Maintenance: You maintain and manage our article data in the ERP system Microsoft Navision and ensure high data quality.

• Logistics & Processes: You optimise procurement and logistics processes, ensure smooth goods flow and keep an eye on stock levels, system reconciliations and inventories.

• Inventory & Studio Deployments: You conduct inventories in our studios, especially during contract renewals, relocations, renovations or at the studios’ request.

• Studio Openings & Facilities: For new openings, you coordinate the purchase of studio equipment including machines, the logistical handling, delivery and correct billing.

• Product Management & Projects: You support the introduction of new products, maintain relevant product data for systems and webshop, and contribute your own ideas to improve purchasing, article data and supplier management.

What defines you

• Education & Experience: You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification and ideally have already gained experience in purchasing and/or logistics.

• Systems & Data: You work confidently with Microsoft Navision or a comparable ERP system and have experience in maintaining article, product or master data. Knowledge in e-commerce and digital product data is an advantage.

• Structure & Organisation: You keep an overview, work independently and in a structured manner and have a good sense for efficient workflows and details.

• Communication & Negotiation: You communicate clearly, appear confident towards suppliers and internal interfaces and bring negotiation skills.

• Tools & Languages: You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel. You have very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage.

• Responsibility & Expertise: You act reliably, contribute your experience purposefully, make well-founded decisions and approach tasks with commitment and solution orientation.
