Task

How you advance KPMG

• Advise clients in healthcare (mainly service providers) and the public sector in Switzerland on various strategic, operational and systemic issues, such as the optimal design of organisational structures and processes


• Apply your systematic thinking profitably for our clients


• Depending on your academic background, support our clients in financial management (for example, in setting up or optimising cost accounting, budgeting and reporting) or advise our clients at the interface of business and legal issues


• Prepare and collect background information and conduct data analyses and evaluations


• Support management in acquiring consulting mandates and continuously take on more responsibility, e.g. leading project sub-areas

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable field


• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working


• Understanding of current developments and challenges in the Swiss healthcare system


• Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a convincing presence


• Initial professional experience in healthcare, public administration or a consulting firm


• Interest in financial issues as well as enjoyment in working with data and key figures


• Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
