Electrician as Plant Electrician
Activities
- Leadership and further development of a team of around 50 employees including maintenance
- Control of several production lines and ensuring smooth operation
- Planning and monitoring of resources, including raw material extraction
- Continuous optimization of processes, infrastructure, and product quality
- Responsibility for budgeting, target achievement, and key figures
- Participation in the strategic development of the site
- Management and implementation of investment projects
- Ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control
Requirements
- Technical basic training with further education (FH/HF) in production, mechanical engineering, or process engineering
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment
- Strength in dealing with complex challenges and operational issues
- Clear communication, pragmatism, and decisiveness
- Team-oriented personality with groundedness
- Residence at a reasonable distance from the workplace
