Tasks
- Support and further development of the central data warehouse for clinical, operational and financial data (from KIS and ERP systems)
- Creation of complex database queries, report templates and reports
- Pre-analysis and preparation of data for analysts and controllers
- Ensuring high data quality
- Technical responsibility for the annual mandatory data deliveries to external recipients (federal government, canton, ANQ and SwissDRG)
- Taking on partial or project management roles, for example in the context of KIS implementation
- Participation in various projects
- Contribution to the development of a data warehouse and management information system for data-driven management of the entire company
Profile
- Understanding of clinical and financial data and their interrelationships or willingness to acquire such knowledge
- Structured and careful working method, even with complex data structures
- Strong analytical skills
- Education in computer science at FH or university level or several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL
- Experience with KIS and ERP systems or willingness to acquire such knowledge
- Independent and proactive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong service orientation and high customer focus towards internal and external partners
- At least five years of experience in a similar position, ideally in healthcare
