Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling maintenance and repair work as well as deployments of service and craft services
- You carry out craft orders and small repair jobs
- You take care of the maintenance of technical systems
- You perform environmental work at transformer stations, substations, etc.
- You are responsible for on-call and winter services outside normal working hours
Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training in the HVAC field, as an electrical installer or as a maintenance specialist
- Knowledge in measurement, control and regulation technology as well as good knowledge of building management systems is an advantage
- You communicate confidently in German (spoken/written).
- You are proficient in using the MS Office suite and have initial experience with SAP
- Additionally, you hold a category B driving licence
