To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality from January 2027 who wants to deepen their first HR experiences and grow further with us.

Your tasks

• You support us throughout the entire recruitment process - from job posting to onboarding.
• You assist in the care of our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• You carry out personnel administration precisely, efficiently and reliably.
• You develop employee surveys and conduct them independently.
• You take on the care and support of our apprentices.
• You organise internal events and excursions that people fondly remember.
• You work on various HR projects and contribute your ideas

What you bring

• You are an open, cheerful and empathetic personality.
• You have completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship.
• You have gained initial practical experience in HR and completed further training as an HR assistant.
• You enjoy communicating and meet a wide variety of people and characters with joy and sensitivity.
• Discretion and a responsible handling of confidential information are a matter of course for you.
• You like organising, work carefully and keep an overview even when several things need to be done at the same time.
• You enjoy supporting and promoting apprentices.
• You are proficient with common social media channels.
• A good sense of humour is also part of your working day - especially when the to-do list grows faster than expected once again.

Who we want to address This position is deliberately aimed at people who are at the beginning or in an early phase of their HR career. With us, you have the opportunity to consolidate your already acquired knowledge in practice, gradually take on more responsibility and plan possible further training together with us.

If you already have a long-standing HR career or an advanced specialist or management qualification, this position will probably not meet your experience and expectations.
