For our client, a successful Basel SME in the fields of electrical engineering, engineering and ICT, we are looking for an independent, conscientious, team-oriented and honest personality as

site supervising electrician

In this versatile role, you will work on varied, exciting projects with committed teams in the electrical installation sector such as controls, networks or telephone systems in complex buildings like hotels, multi-family houses, large residential developments, industrial buildings, in conveyor technology and automation throughout Switzerland with a focus on the Basel region with the following main tasks:

• Independently creating electrical installations (MSRE installations) according to NIN at customer projects in the region or on site in Switzerland
• Achieving objectives in execution, deadlines and budget in projects or subprojects
• Technical and personnel management of employees assigned to the project
• Supervision and support of employees and apprentices on site
• Project management of the construction site on location including material procurement, deadlines, costs and work quality in coordination with project management
• Ensuring contact on site with the client, suppliers and external companiesExciting prospects in a healthy, dynamic and successful SME

committed – independent – experienced in site supervision – reliable – communicative – willing to travel!

To be successful in this varied, independent construction and project role in the long term, you ideally have the following profile:

• Technical basic training as an electrical installer or electrician, possibly supplemented by further training
• Several years of professional experience in electrical installation and know-how in real estate, industry, conveyor technology and/or automation (chemicals, car manufacturing, high-bay warehouses)
• Independent, experienced in leading committed teams
• Personable with good manners, flexible and team-oriented
• Confident in spoken and written German
