- you independently set up the machines in the areas of cutting, folding, stapling, perfect binding, mailing, and shipping
- you ensure smooth production while maintaining the required quality and quantity
- you consistently adhere to ISO and swissPSO standards
- you perform maintenance and servicing work on the machines as well as on peripheral devices
- you lead a shift team, coordinate workflows, and give instructions
You will succeed here if
- you have training as a print media processor, print equipment operator, or industrial bookbinder
- you have experience handling the latest finishing machines in industrial production
- you are technically interested and work cleanly and precisely
- you remain independent and reliable even in hectic situations
- you are willing to work in a 2- to 3-shift operation and speak good German
