Your profile
Experience: Recognized professional qualification of at least three years or secondary school diploma
Skills: You are open and empathetic. You succeed in responding to children, perceiving group dynamics, and influencing them. You have high social competence to easily integrate into the existing team and contribute constructively to a respectful interaction. You are resilient and flexible to master the lively daycare everyday life and combine studies and work.
Interests: You enjoy working with young children and are motivated to shape everyday life with them. You are interested in their development and look forward to learning new things. You are ready to bring the study content into the daycare and share your knowledge.
