Job Description
The Directorate General for Mobility and Roads DGMR is looking for a regional HR assistant for the Blécherette site (Mont-sur-Lausanne).
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration for the Central region and handle routine secretarial tasks related to HR activities, in close collaboration with the HR assistant at the Rennaz site.
- Manage working time and absences and accidents, in collaboration with your colleague.
- Provide administrative support in the recruitment process for regional staff and in the training and development of employees.
- As the point of contact for all matters related to human resources management, advise management members and regional employees.

Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training relevant to the role.
- HR manager certificate is an advantage.
- Professional experience in secretarial, general administration or file processing activities.
- Experience in HR administrative management is a real asset.
- Innate sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation and proactivity.
- Accuracy and thoroughness.
- Fluent spoken and written French.
