As a Dispatcher Europe, you ensure that our transports reach their destination reliably, economically and on time. Together with customers, drivers and transport partners, you coordinate Europe-wide transports and keep an overview even in hectic situations.

What to expect

• Independent scheduling of international transports
• Planning, control and monitoring of daily transport processes
• Communication with customers, drivers and transport partners throughout Europe
• Preparation of transport documents and quotations
• Traffic administration and support with billing
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Participation in the continuous optimisation of our processes

What you bring with you

• Commercial training, ideally in the transport or logistics sector
• Experience in international dispatching
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with transport management systems
• Organisational talent and independent working style
• Communication skills and negotiation skills
• Resilience and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
