Welcome to the most beautiful bay in Europe! The municipality of Spiez on Lake Thun combines tradition and modernity in five vibrant districts: Spiez, Spiezwiler, Hondrich, Faulensee, and Einigen. Our municipal administration has around 150 employees who shape the future of Spiez in seven departments. The construction sector is organized into two departments: Building/Planning/Environment and Civil Engineering/Workshop. Are you currently preparing for the bar or notary exam and have capacity alongside your studies to dive into construction and planning law topics? Then this position offers you the ideal opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice. You will mainly work in the area of building construction and building police but will also provide occasional support in spatial planning, environment, and civil engineering. You will handle objections, prepare orders, and develop viable legal solutions. In doing so, you will work closely with experienced procedural and project managers. Your legal expertise, combined with empathy and objectivity, contributes to the constructive resolution of complex issues.
