Head of Finance & Administration 60–80%

Your tasks
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the finance and administration department of NOVA Bautreuhand AG as well as assigned affiliated companies.
- Finance and accounting including bookkeeping, financial statements, VAT and taxes
- Payment transactions and liquidity management
- Payroll and personnel administration
- Insurance matters in cooperation with brokers, audits and contacts with authorities
- Administrative collaboration and coordination within the office community
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, ideally a federal specialist certificate
- Several years of experience in a comparable roleSolid IT and accounting skills (SORBA, Infoniqa, MS Office)
- Very good German language skills
- Structured, independent and analytical working style
- Sense of responsibility, discretion and initiative
- Communication and team skills as well as resilience and flexibilityLeadership skills
