For one of our core competencies, Professional Integration, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated person to strengthen our team.
Here’s what needs to be done
- Support and coaching of young people through the professional measure or training
- Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration with referral agencies, relatives, guardians, and the living and working area
- Leading and documenting site discussions with internal and external parties
- Writing reports
- Facilitating and coaching young individuals during external internships
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) with additional training in social work or relevant experience
- Further education in social pedagogy, coaching, supported employment, or vocational training is an advantage
- Empathetic, motivating, and assertive consulting style
- Psychological resilience, flexibility, and teamwork ability
- Good MS Office user skills
