• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of World Class Operations at the site
• Leadership and prioritisation of improvement projects with measurable benefits
• Support of teams in Lean methods, structured problem solving, and daily SQDC performance management
• Promotion of a strong continuous improvement and safety culture
• Close collaboration with R&D, production, and quality

• Down-to-earth, practical personality with strong implementation skills and presence at GEMBA
• Experience in applying Lean methods (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving)
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and data-driven working style
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to convince employees and managers at all levels (German & English)
