About the job
Your responsibilities
- Prepare dishes and ensure mise en place (breakfast, meals) while respecting hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Control and receive goods, verify delivery notes.
- Ensure service and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Participate in inventories and support logistical activities, if necessary.
- Work continuous hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening availability for events.
Your profile
- Completed professional cook training with CFC
- 5-7 years of professional experience / initial professional experience ideally in collective catering
- Experience in all hot kitchen stations, cold kitchen, etc.
- Culinary art is your passion with a demand for the highest quality
- Team-oriented personality with strong social skills and a winning presentation
- Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written) / as well as good knowledge of English
