- Native Swiss German/German speaker; fluent in English required.
- Service-oriented with strong PC skills and customer service experience.

- You receive first level support requests and complaints and handle errors and technical problems
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer concern in the system
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Swiss German / German as a native language (spoken and written)
- English skills in spoken and written form are a MUST
- Italian and/or French skills are a plus
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are further advantages
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- After the training and onboarding phase, home office is possible depending on the project
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Up to the 5th year of service, one more day of vacation each year
