To strengthen the team in the Financial Administration, we are looking for a finance and accounting specialist from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Advice and support for cantonal departments on financial and operational accounting matters
• Professional responsibility for VAT issues, advising departments and preparing VAT returns
• IT and logistics responsibility in the Financial Administration including user management
• Ensuring 2nd-level support for users of the central accounting system
• Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects

What we expect from you

• Further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services, preferably with a federal diploma
• Solid professional experience in finance and accounting
• High degree of independence, reliability and strong quality awareness as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation
• Confident handling of IT systems, financial applications and sound Excel skills for evaluations and analyses
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and strong numerical understanding
• Very good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
