About the job
Lutisbach offers young people a stable living environment where they are supported in their development and in achieving individual goals.
In two residential groups, we care for 20 children and adolescents aged 5 to 15 years.
Additionally, we accompany up to eight young people and young adults from 16 years old until the completion of their training in our external residential group Room 4 U.
To strengthen a team in the main house, we are looking for a committed social pedagogical team leader.
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a social pedagogical team
- Responsibility for organisational and administrative processes including work planning
- Leading crisis and location meetings
- Collaboration in the management team
- Active care and support of young people in everyday group life
- Taking on social pedagogical duties, including night and weekend shifts
- Planning and organising leisure activities
- Taking on departmental and project tasks
Your profile
- Completed studies in social or childhood pedagogy FH/HF, social work or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
- Team leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Professional experience in residential work with children and adolescents in a similar institution
- Confident written expression, experience in documentation and good IT skills
- Resilience, teamwork skills and enjoyment in conceptual further development
- Strong relationship and conflict competence as well as professional handling of closeness and distance
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evening, weekend shifts, night on-call)
- Driving licence category B
