Trainer / Trainer in Nursing HF/FH 80-100%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialised professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic trainer / trainer in nursing 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Training of apprentices and students: imparting theoretical and practical fundamentals
• Creating learning situations and supporting practical work
• Conducting training discussions and documenting learning progress
• Co-designing internal training days (TT days) for HF/FH students

• Completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Experience in acute care or vocational training is an advantage
• Trainer certificate: (SVEB1) or willingness to obtain it
• Strong social, professional and methodological competence
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, confident PC user skills
• For foreign diplomas: SRK recognition required
