The Rose City of Rapperswil-Jona is looking, by arrangement, for:
Integration Specialist on an Hourly Wage (approx. 5-10%) What you will achieve You will conduct initial and informational interviews with new residents of the city of Rapperswil-Jona who have moved from abroad. As an important source of information, you help them gain a good overview of the authorities, their rights and obligations, and the existing institutions and bodies. In connection with this, you also address personal concerns with the aim that they quickly find their way. The interviews take place at off-peak times (late afternoon and evening). What you bring You have completed a vocational training or a degree (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school), preferably in the field of integration or social work and/or have corresponding experience. You are an open, trustworthy, and sociable person with a quick grasp and enjoy interacting with other cultures and people. Your resilience and discretion distinguish you. In addition, you have very good communication skills and, besides very good German skills, also good knowledge of English and ideally Spanish and/or Portuguese.
