Project Assistance PMO
For our project area AMD (Annual Meeting Davos), we are looking for a committed personality as project assistance who competently supports our projects for this world-renowned event and other temporary space and event structures.
What to expect
In this role, you are an indispensable support for our AMD project area and contribute significantly to the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of our projects. You work closely with the project team and take on a variety of exciting and diverse tasks. You support the planning and implementation of projects, coordinate and communicate professionally with internal and external partners, and always keep an overview of finances, deadlines, offers, and orders. The management and organization of project documentation in digital systems also fall within your area, as well as the creation and maintenance of construction administration, calculations, offers, handling of building permit procedures, and the preparation of internal working papers. Furthermore, you help us develop reports and evaluations for the department and management to ensure transparent and efficient controlling.
Your profile
You have pronounced Vectorworks skills and ideally bring experience from event, trade fair, or interior planning.
You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and ideally have already gained initial experience in project management in the construction or event industry or in a similar position. Your organizational talent, your interconnected thinking, and your communication skills distinguish you, and you bring a high level of initiative as well as teamwork and reliability. You are also experienced in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, preferably with Smartsheet). You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
