Process Owner Idea to Market (m/f/d)

About the job

Do you want to not only manage processes but actively develop them further and thus make an impact across the entire Migros Industry? In this role, you are responsible for the central Idea-to-Market process. You bring together requirements, departments, and implementation, ensuring that good ideas become viable, standardised, and practical solutions.

What you will achieve

• You manage the further development of central processes and prioritise requirements with regard to company benefit, standardisation, and feasibility.
• You coordinate the implementation of professional and technical requirements – from testing and training to documentation and communication.
• You ensure that improvement measures are effectively implemented, adjacent processes are considered, and necessary changes are anchored in the business.
• You lead the process managers in the business professionally and ensure coordination between the department, segments, IT, and committees.

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in business administration, business informatics, or similar
• Professional experience: Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the area of Idea to Market / product lifecycle management
• You have a strong understanding of processes and business.
• You work conceptually, structured, and solution-oriented and are able to capture, harmonise, and translate different requirements into a clear target picture.
• You convince with strong communication and stakeholder skills. You bring together different perspectives, handle conflicts constructively, and win participants for joint solutions.
• You have a good system understanding of SAP S/4, especially in the portfolio and project management environment.
• You have experience in the area of Idea to Market / product lifecycle management.
• German (B2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
