Finance Specialist

We are looking for a team-oriented reinforcement for our financial accounting at the Bern location immediately or by arrangement.

In this position, you take on a central role in the operational finance area: Together with the Head of Finance, you ensure smooth processes and continuously develop processes and systems. Your structured, precise, and professionally sound approach contributes decisively to the financial stability and development of our group.

Your area of responsibility

• Preparation and creation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations for our group companies
• Co-responsibility for asset accounting
• Collaboration on VAT and withholding tax returns
• Assistance in preparing budgets including quarterly controlling
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable including payment transactions and dunning processes
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and statistics

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with a federal diploma in finance and accounting or on the way to obtaining it
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting including closing tasks
• Proficient user knowledge of Abacus as well as the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension combined with an independent working style
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as the ability to communicate complex matters appropriately to the target audience
