We are looking for our future talent to lead the activity and the Testing department of a new application for vehicle electrification. Ready to take on the challenge?
As a Test and Validation Manager, you will provide the vision for the testing part concerning the BU projects and manage/plan the activity and teams from the pre-project phase (RFQ) to Series Life.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing all tests (engineering, DV, PV) ensuring their proper execution and compliance.
- Prioritizing and arbitrating test and validation (T&V) requests based on the workload plan, project priorities, and available resources.
- Ensuring regular reporting to project teams and management on the progress and results of the tests.
- Providing technical support to internal development and series life teams.
- Representing the test and validation function during technical exchanges with clients, as the technical reference of the system.
- Optimizing testing means to improve the performance, flexibility, and responsiveness of the team.
- Proposing agile and innovative solutions to quickly respond to the needs of new projects and clients.
- Managing teams closely, supporting skill development, and promoting expertise growth.
- Contributing to the capitalization of skills and knowledge at the group level.
- Managing quality activities to meet the current standards (ISO17025) of testing laboratories.
