- Personnel administration in HR processes: entry, support, and exit
- Overall responsibility for the monthly payroll run
- Ensuring the correct maintenance and processing of all personnel master and payroll data
- Contact with offices, authorities, and social insurance
- Collaboration in the digitization, further development, and documentation of HR processes, instruments, and basics
- Various administrative tasks (e.g., reporting and evaluations)
