Device Assemblers Pharma / Diagnostics

For the production of complex diagnostic systems at the Rotkreuz site, we are seeking several skilled workers for device assembly. In this role, you will support a team in the manufacture and testing of analytical devices, which include mechanical, electrical, optical, and thermal components, thereby making an important contribution to global healthcare.

The production site employs around 140 people who work in smaller teams. For smooth operations, we are looking for team players who can successfully contribute in a diverse environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assembly of modules and complete systems according to detailed manufacturing instructions
• Execution and paperless-electronic as well as paper-based documentation of all assembly and testing activities according to regulated standards (GxP/Compliance)
• Inspection of assembled systems and independent recording of deviations
• Correction of deviations according to specifications or forwarding to the appropriate specialists
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) to enhance quality and efficiency
• Collaboration within the team to meet the production schedule on time

Requirements:

• Completed technical training or further education (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer or mechatronics technician, bicycle and motorcycle mechanic, precision mechanic, plant and apparatus builder)
• Basic IT skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Understanding of complex instruments
• High quality awareness
• Quick comprehension
• Team player, reliable and flexible
