About the job
Shape the digital future of Migros Zurich with us. You will manage modern IoT and IT solutions in our branches, ensure stable operation, and support roll-outs on site. Together with specialist departments, key users, internal IT teams, and external partners, you take responsibility and successfully integrate technical solutions into the daily operations of the branches.
What you will achieve
- You ensure the stable operation of our applications and support with disruptions, analyses, and technical queries
- You maintain, check, and optimise data as an important basis for our IoT and digitalisation projects
- You evaluate data and key figures and thereby support project and operational decisions
- You support the further development of applications, interfaces, and processes
- You accompany roll-outs in our branches, from technical preparation through hardware coordination to implementation on site
- You participate in pilot projects, tests, training, and the technical enabling of key users
- You can gradually take responsibility for subprojects, features, or larger change requests, including requirements gathering, coordination, and testing. Prospectively, you will develop towards IT Service Management
- You document technical solutions, processes, and insights clearly and comprehensibly
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- Field: in computer science or you have an ongoing/completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience: Ideally some initial professional experience in computer science, application management, or project environment
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and an independent, solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of data, applications, technical contexts, and digital development
- Willingness for on-site assignments in the Zurich, St. Gallen, Schwyz, and Glarus areas as well as a category B driving licence
- Motivation to take responsibility and develop professionally
- German (B2)
