Skills
- CFC in polymechanics or equivalent, with after-sales experience.
- Fluent in French or German; knowledge of the other language is a plus.
- Familiarity with Fanuc numerical controls and ERP systems.

About the job
Main tasks:
- Telephone assistance/troubleshooting
- Schedule after-sales technicians' interventions
- Handle administrative tasks related to after-sales activities
- Process requests for quotes and orders
Profile:
- Federal diploma of polymechanic or equivalent title (with several years of experience in an after-sales service)
- Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language, English is a plus
- Knowledge of Fanuc numerical controls
- Proficient with common computer tools (MS Office) and comfortable using an ERP (Pro Concept is an asset)
- Rigorous and independent personality with good organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit and initiative
