About the job

Main tasks:

• Telephone assistance/troubleshooting
• Schedule after-sales technicians' interventions
• Handle administrative tasks related to after-sales activities
• Process requests for quotes and orders

Profile:

• Federal diploma of polymechanic or equivalent title (with several years of experience in an after-sales service)
• Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language, English is a plus
• Knowledge of Fanuc numerical controls
• Proficient with common computer tools (MS Office) and comfortable using an ERP (Pro Concept is an asset)
• Rigorous and independent personality with good organizational and communication skills
• Team spirit and initiative
