The Spitex Region Solothurn is undergoing an exciting development. With the introduction of a role organisation, we create more personal responsibility, more scope for design and a new form of collaboration. For this, we are looking for a team leader who strengthens people, provides orientation and continues this path with us.
Nursing Team Leader 80–100 %
Your job with us
You lead a committed team of around 18 employees as well as FaGe apprentices and HF students. You strengthen people, promote personal responsibility and create the framework conditions so that your team can work successfully. Together with two other team leaders, the head of housekeeping and the managing director, you further develop our organisation and ensure that our clients receive professional and compassionate care at home every day.
You are responsible for
- Personnel and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team
- Empowering, promoting and supporting employees in their development
- Organisation and management of operational day-to-day business
- Responsibility for quality and further development of care
- Co-designing our role organisation and other development projects
- Participation in recruitments and promotion of an open and appreciative team culture
You bring with you
- Diploma as a HF nursing specialist
- Leadership experience, complemented by leadership training
- Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
- Knowledge of Perigon root is a plus
- Enjoyment in developing people and actively shaping change
- High social competence, clarity and appreciative communication
- Organisational talent as well as networked thinking
- Good IT user skills and driving licence category B
