Fixed-term contract until 31.12.2027

Your mission:

Support candidates during job coaching interviews

Assess candidates' employability

Prepare effective application files

Conduct prospecting and placement activities with companies

Lead training sessions on various topics related to job searching

Use online communication tools to create or optimise a suitable profile

Prepare candidates for job interviews

Act as the interface between candidates and Geneva-based companies

Write end-of-support reports

You have:

A university degree / higher education

Practical experience in Geneva in recruitment at a placement agency/in a company, or as a job coach in professional integration

Excellent knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric

Perfect command of the French language with excellent writing skills

Great ease in using common office tools

Very good organisation and priority management

Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of listening

Confidence in public speaking

FSEA certificate as an adult trainer, an asset

Good knowledge of English (B2), an asset

The ability to integrate quickly into a close-knit team
