Your task is demanding and varied.

If an AHV or IV pension is not enough to live on, many questions often arise. No one answers these more competently and kindly than our customer advisors. The information is usually provided by telephone or in writing.
You calculate and manage supplementary benefits. In your decisions, you take into account the various legislations. Even with demanding files, you always keep an overview. When changes occur, you take the right steps. Despite all your expertise, you always act and communicate with empathy, because you know that your calculations have an impact. In your work, you also repeatedly encounter complex legal questions and contact our legal department for clarification. You work closely with external bodies such as municipalities, district courts, or bankruptcy offices.
You see, your working day is varied and demanding at the same time. But that’s exactly the challenge you are looking for, isn’t it?
You convince us both professionally and personally.
You have prepared for this demanding role with a commercial apprenticeship (E or M profile). Alternatively, you have a qualified commercial further education with a commercial diploma. You can especially impress us with a professional certificate in social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a demanding administrative role will make your start with us much easier.
Besides your professional qualifications, you have a quick grasp and the ability to think in a connected way. You enjoy complex insurance-related matters. You like to make decisions and communicate clearly. A dynamic working environment with plenty of scope for design is just to your taste, and you see constructive feedback as an opportunity for further development.
