Project Manager Plastic Solutions (m/f/d)

Role:
You will take on the management of demanding development projects in close collaboration with customers from the healthcare or industry sectors. You combine technical expertise with market-oriented thinking. Your goal: innovative plastic solutions that are technically convincing and economically viable.
Responsibilities:
Leading customer projects with a focus on plastic applications
Technical consulting on material selection, component design, and processing
Conducting tests and sampling on modern injection moulding machines
Preparing feasibility analyses and cost calculations
Close collaboration with R&D, production, marketing, and sales
Identifying new technologies and market trends
Presenting technical contributions and conducting internal training sessions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in plastics engineering, materials science, or mechanical engineering
Several years of experience with injection moulding technology and plastic design
Entrepreneurial thinking and targeted project management
Strong initiative and willingness to develop further
Very good English skills spoken and written
Fluent German skills
