Your Tasks
You take co-responsibility for the management and organization of a medical ward focusing on oncology/hematology. In daily leadership, you jointly manage personnel and operational processes with the department management and contribute to a stable and efficient ward operation. You promote and support the professional and personal development of your employees and design a structured onboarding for new team members. You create conditions that enable high-quality and patient-centered care and actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures. You live a constructive, interprofessional, and interdisciplinary collaboration in everyday work and actively promote it.
Your Profile
You are a qualified nurse with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in a medical specialty. You have leadership training or are willing to complete it. You convince with high social and self-competence, pronounced organizational skills, as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking and acting. As a committed personality, you take responsibility, actively shape changes, and enjoy supporting your team in its development, strengthening employees, and jointly creating sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing routine.
