Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
Responsibility for planning, coordination and implementation of building services engineering projects (HVAC)
Development of technical concepts, creation of plans & tenders in compliance with all standards
Management of all project participants, adherence to deadlines, quality & costs
Contact person for clients throughout the entire project duration, advising on technical issues
Ensuring flawless, standards-compliant and timely project execution to maximise customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Completed technical training in the field of building services engineering (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation)
Several years of experience in project management in the field of building services engineering
Sound knowledge in planning and implementation of HVAC systems
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
