About the job
The Appenzeller® Show Dairy is a showcase and brand ambassador for Appenzeller® cheese and thus the most flavoursome excursion destination in the Appenzell region. Our lively, tourist day operation with restaurant, shop and interactive exhibition about the dairy welcomes guests from all over the world 364 days a year. To strengthen our family team, we are looking for a customer-oriented, extroverted and motivated personality.
Your tasks:
- Offer guests a flavoursome experience
- Guide guests through the interactive exhibition along a defined script
- Convey knowledge on the topics of Appenzeller® cheese, agriculture and regional customs to guests in an interesting way
Your profile:
- Enjoy sharing knowledge
- Warm interaction with guests from all over the world
- Regional ties to the Appenzell region or St. Gallen / Thurgau
- You present yourself confidently and convincingly to our guests
- Neat appearance and good manners
- You speak German as well as fluent English and/or French
- Flexibility regarding seasonal fluctuations in deployment
