Tasks

Your main tasks

− You take product responsibility for the Microsoft 365 end-user services

− You develop a product vision and a roadmap for the use of Microsoft 365

− You communicate the advantages of Microsoft 365 applications and promote their use

− You coordinate work packages for the introduction of new functions and product extensions

Expectations

You bring

− Training as an IT specialist EFZ and further education at FH or HF level

− Several years of experience in supporting the Microsoft 365 platform

− Experience in the role of Product Owner or Requirement Engineer

− Strong communication skills at all levels as well as the ability to understand and implement customer needs
