Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the professional, organisational and personnel management of the OR and anaesthesia departments
- Strategic development and optimisation of OR and anaesthesia processes
- Ensuring efficient OR planning, OR control and capacity utilisation
- Leadership, motivation and development of employees in the OR and anaesthesia departments
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with medical management, OR management, nursing and administration
- Responsibility for quality, risk and hygiene management
- Budget, performance and key performance indicator responsibility
- Participation in projects for digitalisation and process optimisation in the OR
Your Profile
- Completed training in the health or nursing sector, as OTA / ATA, anaesthesia or OR nursing staff
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the OR and/or anaesthesia area
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Economic thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
- Confident handling of hospital information systems and OR management systems
