Your Tasks
- Responsibility with Support: You independently lead the night shift professionally and are never alone. The medical on-call service and a well-coordinated team are available to you.
- Genuine Care Instead of Rush: Less daytime operation, more time for observation, conversations, and what truly concerns residents at night.
- Versatility: Everything from palliative care to dementia support to acute condition changes is included, and you are the specialist who decides.
Your Profile
- Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF or FH (or a recognised foreign diploma by the SRK)
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an advantage
- Calmness, overview, and decisiveness, even when it gets serious at 3 a.m.
- An attitude that places dignity and individuality at the centre
- Enjoyment of the night (owls welcome, larks too)
